Expected Delivery Times:

The Oxygen Concentrator offers fast worldwide shipping, including for customized and bespoke products.

We use UPS, USPS and DHL to ship orders.

We currently ship to:

Please note, we are unable to deliver to post office boxes, B.F.P.O., or A.P.O. addresses.

Convenient Click & Collect Option:

If you're not home at the time of delivery, you can choose to have your package sent to a local UPS Access Point. UPS will leave a card with the collection location details.

You can also view this information on the UPS website tracking page, which is accessible via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Be sure to bring your ID when picking up your package.

Track Your Order to Your Door:

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey. If you don't receive this email, please contact us at 

support@theoxygenconcentrator.com, and we'll provide an update on your order.

If you sign for your package and notice it's damaged, please take photos as proof. Contact us immediately and refuse the package.

Customs Fees Fully Paid

All shipments are made on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means taxes and duties are included in the final price.

If, for any reason, customs or the courier requests additional charges at the time of import or delivery, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Full Insurance

The Oxygen Concentrator fully insures each purchase during transit until it is delivered to you. Once the package is delivered, responsibility for the shipment passes to you.

If the parcel cannot be delivered, UPS will return it to a postal location, and a re-delivery will be attempted the following day, excluding weekends.

If you make alternative arrangements with UPS, such as leaving the package at the front door, the parcel will no longer be insured, and Oxygen Concentrator is no longer responsible if the item is lost or stolen.
