Required Proof for Refund

To request a refund, you must submit:

  • Photo of product at delivery

  • Photo before return shipment

  • Clear video explaining the issue

Incomplete proof will delay or cancel the request.

Refund Fees

Refunds include standard cost deductions:

  • 15% transaction fee

  • 15% processing and restocking fee

These costs cover payment processing, inspection, and handling.

Refund Timeline

Refunds follow a structured timeline:

  • Approval Time: 2 to 3 weeks

  • Processing Time: 3 to 4 weeks after approval

During this period:

  • You cannot file disputes or chargebacks

  • The process must be completed through the support team

Refund Process

  1. Submit Request with Proof
    Provide required photos and a clear video explanation of the issue.
    Approval time: 2–3 weeks

  2. Communicate with Support Team
    Stay in contact with the support team throughout the verification process.

  3. Receive Return Approval
    Once your request is verified, return approval will be issued.

  4. Ship Product to Approved Address
    Send the product only to the address provided by the support team.

  5. Inspection Completed
    The product is inspected after it reaches the warehouse.

  6. Refund Approved and Processed
    Refund is issued after successful inspection.
    Processing time: 3–4 weeks

You will receive confirmation once the refund is issued.

Communication Requirement

All refund requests must go through our support team to be reviewed and processed correctly.

Direct disputes, chargebacks, or claims without completing this process through our support team are not accepted.

Key Conditions

  • Products must be returned to the approved warehouse only

  • Proof (photo + video) is mandatory

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection approval
